Ayurveda's Marma (vital energy points), Chinese Acupressure, Shiatsu, is a direct way to balance the bodies vital energy flow and open energetic pathways while releasing tension in the fascia.

I have been practicing in the field of energy medicine and bodywork since 1995.  I was previously licensed in the states of Oregon and New Mexico.  I tend toward firm pressure that is relaxing yet rejuvenating, balancing and grounding.  My philosophy is to allow the tissues to release through invitation and encouragement rather than force.
