I have been communicating with angels throughout my life. Born into a Catholic family, I never questioned, nor spoke about this connection, assuming this to be simply how it was for everyone.

At eighteen years of age, after a long and turbulent adolescence, I was introduced to meditation and began a regular practice which helped to further develop my intuitive skills. I was led into the healing field in my early twenties when, during a meditation, I was shown the energy field within and around my body, and orbs of healing light seated in each of my palms. A couple months later, I entered the East-West College of Healing in Portland Oregon.

After graduating from East-West, I met Mariah Crawford, a wonderful psychic/medium. Not only is Mariah very good, she is down to Earth and real, two qualities that immediately attracted me to her. We became friends and Mariah, seeing I had a gift, began mentoring me to develop my Mediumship and Angelic Communication skills. After over twelve years of looking to Mariah as a dear friend and teacher, Mariah called to share that it was time to begin using these gifts for the benefit of the public. Afraid, I held myself back until my dad crossed over and visited me from the other side saying, "What are you doing? They are telling me you have a gift, use it!"

Over the years I have studied in numerous settings from British Columbia to California on topics relating to Energy Medicine & Body-Mind therapies, including: college accredited courses on nutrition, exercise physiology, anatomy & physiology, neuroanatomy, and psychology. I have also had intensive training in the fields of: Chinese Medicine, Medical Qi-Gong, Compassionate Communication, Wilderness Survival, Nature Awareness, Meditation, Herbal Medicine, and Whole Food Nutrition.
