Spend the afternoon in nature connections that will invigorate you with calm clear energy and learn simple, easy, quick energy practises to keep you centered in your self throughout the season. Participants of this class will be invited to receive ongoing support throughout the season with a *Pay-What-You-Wish holiday program. *Receive up to Three individual "Energy Medicine/Spiritual Counseling Sessions" anytime between December 1st and January 21st for the cost of what feels right, good, and easy for you. Absolutely no strings or hidden anything attached. I love the holidays and wish for everyone to experience a light heart and calm mind throughout this special time!
