| Reiki Hands on Healing |
| Reiki Level I - A one day class open to anyone wanting to learn basic techniques of flowing healing energy through the body to assist in raising the bodies own healing response, and simple techniques to assist in this process with friends and family. |
| Reiki Level II - This level of training consists of a full day of advanced training as well as up to three hours of follow- up training. Participants learn the Level II Reiki criteria geared toward setting up a Reiki practice, working with the public, and distant Reiki, as well as, Qi-gong exercises to clear channels and energize the body and techniques to develop sensitivity for 'reading' the energy field of clients in order to better assist in generating healing for relaxation, increased immune functioning, emotional balancing and overall well-being. |
| Reiki Level III - I offer this level of training only in a private setting. The full day lesson with subsequent follow-up is structured according to each individual student. All standard Reiki III training is included but lessons also cover the development of unique spiritual and healing gifts through: meditation techniques to calm the mind bring you into the moment and further develop sensitivity in reading energy fields as well as communicating with Reiki/ Healing Angels, advanced Qi-gong exercises to access stronger currents of healing energy. Some level III students may decide to also be trained in teaching Reiki to others, this requires further studies that can be discussed. |
| Developing Intuition |
| Private and semi private lessons are offered to assist you in developing your innate Spiritual gifts. Lessons are arranged according to individual need and developmental levels and topics and techniques covered may include: grounding and raising vibrations, protective cocoons, clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, Angelic communication, Nature communication, quieting the mind. |
| Couples & Family Massage |
| This special training is offered in my office or in your home. I will instruct you and your loved one/s on basic massage techniques to relax and promote natural healing of the body. basic massage hand positions, strokes, and contraindications are covered within the area/s focused on which can include: feet, hands, neck, shoulders, hips, legs, arms, back, head. This is a great way to add to your health care and save money!! |
